Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated September 6, 2025

  • What is Sylure?
Sylure is a calm self-support app: quick daily check-ins, a small Copilot plan for today, a journal, a month-view calendar, and light analytics to notice patterns. It’s designed to be supportive, not overwhelming.
  • Is Sylure therapy or medical advice?
No. Sylure isn’t medical advice, diagnosis, or a crisis service. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. See Terms & Conditions for details.
  • How does Sylure handle my data and privacy?
We don’t sell your data or show third-party ads. Daily check-ins and notes are encrypted at rest, and all traffic uses HTTPS (TLS). You can export or delete your data. Read the Privacy Policy and Security pages for more.
  • Who can use Sylure?
You must be 16+ (or the local age of digital consent). If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian should review the Terms with you.
  • Is Sylure free?
Yes during the private beta. When we launch the production app, beta users will be offered a reduced founding rate. We’ll always show pricing clearly and email you before any changes.
  • How do I join the beta?
Request access on the Beta page. We invite people in gentle waves based on capacity and feedback needs.
  • What platforms are supported?
We’re focused on iOS first. Android parity is planned after the iOS launch. You can follow timing on the Roadmap.
  • Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. We support exports and account deletion. See the Privacy Policy for options and how to contact us.
  • Does Sylure work offline?
Limited offline use is planned (e.g., short retries). Some features require a connection—especially anything that syncs or uses AI. We’ll improve resilience during beta.
  • How do I give feedback or report a problem?
Use in-app feedback (mobile) or email sylure@sylure.com. We triage issues quickly and prioritise changes that help most people.
  • I didn’t receive my email verification or reset link.
Check spam/promotions, then try again. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support so we can help.
